No pensar en lo que estás dejando de hacer en la calle, sino en que gracias al optar por quedarte en casa estás haciendo un bien a ti mismo, tus seres queridos y la sociedad en general.
Trata de generar un pensamiento adaptativo a la situación. Busca ser resiliente.
5. Auto-cuidarse
Aparte de seguir las medidas de higiene determinadas por las autoridades sanitarias, mantén una actitud optimista y objetiva. Evita hablar permanentemente del tema, para no generar miedo.
6. Aliméntate sanamente
Consume nutrientes para mantener tu cuerpo fuerte.
